These are the ramblings of a guy who really loves photography and emulsion lifts. Oh, and I'll have some pictures of my new purchases of old cameras and some of the lift projects I've been working on thus far. Note that all of the pictures herein are copyright of Steven, all rights reserved, not that anyone would really want these blah pictures...

Hi Steven,
I found you via http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080626111507AAVcMy8
I hope you don't mind me asking for your help, as you seem to know quite a bit about older Polaroids and pack film, and I am quite new to it all.
I recently acquired an Automatic Land 100, and have attempted to use Fuji FP-100B film, but the prints are coming out either all black or all white. I would assume that I'm using the wrong film speed (the manual said to use 3000 ASA for black and white film). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lisa,
From what I've read, it sounds like you should look into getting FP-3000B.
It seems like the problem ya have is the pictures are getting underexposed. I would say you'll do better with FP-3000B. FP-3000B is a black and white film that is 3000 ASA, so you should have little problems otherwise. If you need any more help, just let me know.
Do you know if the film shutter is tripping - you need to make sure the battery is in the camera.
